Shipping & Delivery
Mari-Janes ships all item through the United States Postal Service. We ship to anywhere in the U.S. and many countries internationally. Shipping takes 5-10 days for all orders in the US and an additional 5-10 days to International destinations. Packages in the U.S. are sent via the U.S. Postal Service by Priority Mail. International packages are sent by Priority international or First Class International. First Class international does not offer a tracking service please keep this in mind when using it. Please make sure you can receive mail from the Post Office at the address you supply.

Why does it take 5-10 days for shipping? It doesn't always, sometimes we print your order the same day and have it shipped the next.  Also, we don't keep any preprinted shirts in stock. If we tried to keep just one of each design, in every style, color and size that we offer; we would have to keep an inventory of over 100,000 shirts. And that’s just to have one of each design in stock.

We print to order instead. Silk screening shirts, while providing the highest quality results, is a fairly labor intensive process. Every time you print a new design, you have to set up the screen or screens for the artwork; do a test print; make sure everything is lined up correctly; and make sure you have all of the ink colors that you need. When you’re done, you need to clean and put everything away, and go through the same process for the next shirt.

We sell over 1,000 shirts a week, at least one of each design every day. So, every day we would have to set up every single design: all 100 of them. If we could set up each shirt in 5 minutes that would be 16 hours a day spent setting shirts up. We would spend more time setting up shirts each day than actually printing them.

Why is shipping so expensive?  At one time we shipped item First Class mail. This was cheaper however, neither you or us receive a tracking number for the item. We received many complaints that the order never reached it destination, with no way to track the order. So after removing First Class as an option, we haven't lost an order yet. Go figure!

I choose Express Shipping, why hasn't my order shipped? If you read above, we don't have anything in stock. That being said (again) your order will ship as soon as its printed. If you chose Express shipping then your item will get to you faster than if you chose Priority. That Simple. 

I ordered this Item as a gift and now Mari-Janes is responsible for getting it shipped the next day! We are not responsible for your tardy gift shopping. Your purchase, even as a gift or for a costume party will not make your order get to you any faster than any other order. Please do all your gift and party planning early.





Privacy & Security
Mari-Janes does not retain any credit card info when making a purchase. Also, our checkout is SSL secure and no risk of revealing or losing you private info is at risk at anytime. Mari-Janes cannot resubmit orders or reorders using your information nor can we charge your card for more than the purchase price that you authorized.



Returns & Replacements

We will provide a full refund for any unworn, unwashed item that is returned within 30 days of the date of purchase (minus shipping/handling fees).Mail it to the address listed below.

We can not process your return without your invoice #. If you do not know your invoice # please contact us. We will need to know your name and address in order to look up your order.

If you do not have your invoice, please put your invoice number on a note in the box/package along with your name, address, telephone number, email address, and the reason for the return.





Ordering
  1. Click the thumbnail of the shirt/item you would like to purchase.
  2. You will taken to the product page. At the product page, please select applicable color choice and size and hit the add to cart button.
  3. Once at your cart you can check shipping price, enter a promo code, go to Google Checkout or continue to checkout.
  4. At checkout Enter your name and address info, select a shipping method and a payment option. Enter your payment info and hit "Place Order" Then you are done!

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Please consult your local bank if you need currency conversion details for countries other than the U.S.

Make sure when entering your credit card information that you enter the EXACT BILLING ADDRESS that your credit card company has listed for your account.
